This owners behind this French-Vietnamese sandwich shop and bakery have opened a second location, which they hope will serve as the flagship store and a model for a future franchise. The larger location, decked out with baking ovens for customers to see, cranks out breads and pastries for both locations. The result: a growing selection of savory and sweet baked goods, including sweet croissants, crumbcakes and artisan breads on full view in a long, shiny display counter. Enjoy them in the 40-seat dining room designed to have a European feel.
