Description:
Like sister restaurants Boi To Go and Boi Sandwich, Boi Noodles is a lunchtime specialist, serving a range of Vietnamese banh mi sandwiches and noodle soups (pho and bun) counterside. The 'Nam-wiches lean both traditional (pork and pate) and fusion (curried chicken meatballs, smoked duck). Soups are the standard drillbeef tendon, chicken and beef balls floating in a tangy lemongrass broth, garnished with cilantro, coriander, green onions. Take our word for it, pho is the magical hangover cure! The narrow storefront lies in the shadow of the New York Times building, where critic Sam Sifton has been know to tweet a lot and sometimes write stories. On that note, hes not an early fan of the restaurant.
