Though this place is in Chinatown there is nary a Chinese dish in sight. Instead, deliciously tasty and cheap Vietnamese is New Pasteurs thing. The pho (rice noodle soup), of which there are several variations, is the bestseller. If that doesnt tickle your fancy not to worry, there are several traditional vegetable, beef, pork, seafood and chicken dishes.
