Don't expect a lot of elbow room for your hummus at this spot in Midtown East, the dining room is cozy (a nice way of saying very, very small). Only eight tables are available for those who want to pig out on traditional Turkish cuisine - expect selection of gyros, lentil soup, and meatballs. Although there is space to sit if you get there early, office workers in the surrounding buildings prefer to stop in, pick up some take out in the back of the room, and get it to go. Casual is the word of the day here (anyone know how to say that in Turkish?) - the menus are written on the walk in chalk, which goes well with the bustling vibe. One Turkish word we do know is this place's name, which means "one bite" in the native tongue.
