The latest of the ever-rotating occupants of this subterranean Second Avenue space, Zabb Elee hopes for some staying power. The owners of the previous establishment, Le Da Nang, are staying on and revamping the menu to mirror their first restaurant, Zabb Elee in Jackson Heights. The menu focuses on Isaan-style dishes from Northern Thailand, typically heavy on mouth-tingling spices and meaty marinated larb salads. The modern, monochromatically white space will remain the same, as will the moderate pricing.
