Unlike most other Thai joints, which take their cue from Bangkok cuisine, Northern Thailand is the inspiration for the grub at this Murray Hill eatery. Yep, they've got your good ol' pad Thai, but you'll also find less common fare like pad cha talaya sauted mixed seafood with fresh basil, garlic, finger root and green peppersand to jumbo shrimp choo chee. Chef-owner Tanapon Srisupha says he's going for "more elegantly-spiced Northern Thai flavors," evident in dishes like Khao Soi, a curried broth noodle soup.
