This location has seen many restaurants come and go, but Alta hopes to beat the odds with its eclectic menu which features tapas and larger plates inspired by countries from around the world. The dishes are reasonably priced, and the menu is quite large, so this restaurant also makes for a fun spot for group dining (innovative cocktails are also a draw). It's located below street level, however, so it's easy to pass it by unknowingly.
