After re-opening in 2004, the Amsterdam Restaurant came back better than ever. Located near Columbia University, most of the restaurants traffic consists of either students or locals, attracted to the two-floor venue by it's cozy interior.it practically whispers "read a book" and have a drink. Vietnamese chicken meatballs, and grilled squid salad are among the eclectic dishes.
