When you step off the street into Cilantro it may feel like you are stepping into a restaurant in Santa Fe, and that is exactly what the owners are going for. From the big sun hanging over the bar, to the yellow walls, multicolored chairs and steel lanterns hanging from the ceiling, you will feel far away from the Upper East Side. Known as one of the better margarita places in the area (14 types of tequila and six flavors ), they also make mean fajitas and enchiladas. On weekends, they offer a very reasonably priced brunch (think eggs benedict for $8 or for two more bucks crab eggs benedict). Check out their large outdoor seating area on warm summer evenings.
