Blue Ribbon Sushi is our original collaboration with partner and sushi master, Toshi Ueki. Toshi's skill and love of Japanese cuisine has guided Blue Ribbon Sushi to remarkable popularity and is year after year regarded as one of New York City's finest sushi bars.
