Semi-hidden beneath Tribeca's Greenwich Grill, this tiny, low-key sushi bar keeps its small menu focused on premium fishno fancy rolls here; just pristine cuts of fresh sea eel, fatty tuna and shad. The chef's omakase ($100 and up) is the way to go for the full-on experience, with a personal sushi master at your disposal. But the less expensive Azabu course ($65, with an appetizer, sashimi, nigri and roll) is a solid bet, too. The vibe is refined but not stuffy, modern but not sterilejust like Tokyo.
