Caviar Russe represents the retail division of the largest caviar importer to the United States. For over fifteen years Caviar Russe has supplied the nations top chefs, luxury cruise lines and gourmet stores.

Working in direct cooperation with CITES (Convention for the International Trade of Endangered Species), Caviar Russe supports aggressive reinvestment into and preservation of the Caspian region, as well as the complete elimination of the black market trade.
