After satiating the L.A. crowd, Koi's modern take on Japanese cusine seeks the hearts and minds of the glitterati in the Bryant Park Hotel. The sleek and serene interior features sprouting bamboo, a hanging net-like sculpture, and of course a Koi pond. Teaching some old rolls new tricks, sample their special sauces in the more intimate dining room. Stop by on lunch hour to avoid the doorman and pushy crowds but you can't avoid the $12 Sapporo. ouch!
