This lively, youthful Pan-Latino eatery draws endless crowds looking to dine on fresh, authentic fare like seafood in a coconut chile broth, classic Cuban sandwiches and seasonal dishes like Adobo (rubbed seared baby lamb chops served with quinoa salad and rocoto chile jus). Paladar's house cocktail menu also reflects a festive Latin flair, combining standards like caipirinhas, margaritas and mojitos with originals like the "Cava Fresca" made with passion fruit, guava or mango juice with cava, vodka, tequila or rum. Owner-chef Aaron Sanchez f was an Iron Chef competitor and still have the luxury of $4 frozen cocktails (during happy hour) is a special treat for patrons of all price points.
