It might be a small Queens chainlet, but the lines at Peruvian restaurant Pio Pio are usually out the door. That's probably because the teeny, intimate space only holds about 30 patrons, who certainly don't mind staying in the chic (yes, exposed brick) comfy space. The waiters recommend the liver dish, but most go for the "secret recipe" rotisserie chicken.
