This West Village ice cream joint has a twist: All the ice cream and frozen yogurt here is made from goat milk, which is exactly how owner Sofia Brittan likes it. She tells us says she's always loved goat cream's "lighter texture," as well as its lower fat and calorie content. Here, they come in four soft-serve-style flavors: chocolate, rose petal, lemon poppy and coffee. Victory Garden also sells gourmet goods from small-batch producers, including goat milk caramel from Fat Toad Farm in Vermont, rose petal jam from PremRose in Oregon, and chapsticks from Studio Farm in Connecticut
