Manhattans Largest Ballroom Dance Studio opened in April of 2009. It was our dream to provide students, teachers, social dancers and performance dancers with an elegant, functional space that could accommodate the growing need for teaching and training future ballroom dancers of every age.

We are proud to offer affordable group classes for every ability including beginner through advanced that do not require a partner. Our teaching professionals are focused on every style of ballroom dance from International, American, Rhythm and Latin Style. Our world championship coaches provide additional training for those who wish to compete on a high level, while our in-school teachers work with students who are contemplating their first showcase, learning a beautifully choreographed dance for their wedding reception, or just starting to social dance for the very first time.

MBD keeps up to date on every style of dance and offers world class workshops and seminars monthly along with sensational showcases.

We have developed a schedule that works for busy New Yorkers and not only can accommodate visiting teachers and students but welcome the opportunity to fulfill their needs as an out-of-town studio for practice, learning, coaching and training.

Our studio is proud to be the home to World Championship dancers Katusha Demidova and her partner, Arunas Bizokas, who have been featured in our social dances and workshops. At MBD you will find many familiar faces in the celebrity dance world as they teach and train themselves in a professional, first class environment.
