The spirit and savoir faire of these works have contributed to the creation of a unique and eclectic, chic and elegant brand that is immediately identifiable. Today, Assouline Publications' special editions and gift items can be found around the globe in select high-end retail locations and Assouline boutiques. Assouline opened its first wholly owned boutique in Paris at the end of 2005. Following its success, Assouline opened a second flagship boutique at The Plaza Hotel in New York City in the Fall of 2008.

These two high-end boutiques were inspired by Assoulines desire to showcase its concept of 'books as gifts'. This passion has ultimately led to a series of wonderful partnerships, creating Assouline branded corners around the world.
