Flywheel was founded by a team passionate about fitness and dedicated to building the model for a next generation indoor cycling experiencea unique combination of camaraderie, high intensity, and, most importantly, fun. Flywheel is led by a NY-based management team with extensive experience in branded sports and fitness ventures, including creative director Ruth Zukerman, a legendary instructor widely credited as the driving force behind the New York City indoor cycling phenomenon.

Every Flywheel ride delivers a high-intensity cardio workout in a fun, competitive, and energetic atmosphere. Using the most effective and safest method, Flywheel instructors teach the most challenging indoor cycling classes in New York and Florida, set to incredible music and delivered in breathtaking facilities. With a unique studio design, the best sound system, and proprietary performance tracking technology that lets you know everything about your ride, Flywheel has literally reinvented the wheel.

Rides at Flywheel are engineered to provide you with the best and most fun workout possible. Each ride is set to a high energy music playlist, ranging from hip hop to rock and roll to pop. The lineup also includes FlyBarre classes that focus on a core workout that will tone and sculpt your body to an ideal that you define. Additionally, for those who thrive on competition, Flywheel has developed the TorqBoard an in-studio display that provides riders with the option to compare their performance against the rest of the class in real time.
