Karatedo Honma Dojo is a traditional martial arts school in the heart of Union Square. We offer classes for children and adults.

Our style is the result of Sensei Masahiko Honmas years of experience and personal insight into the martial arts. Traditional Japanese Karate is a method of self-defense and self-development. We understand that students are interested in studying Karate for many reasons including fitness, competition and self-defense.

We pursue our training with a shared will and strong spirit born from a deep passion for Karate. Students of Honma Dojo train together and encourage each other. By fostering respect for our fellow students, and ourselves we grow together as Karateka and as people.
