Creating an event fundraising strategy
Creating and maintaining event budget and timeline
Securing honorees, chairs and other event leadership, emcee and celebrity guests
Coordinating logistics including: venue selection and contract negotiation, catering, photographer, entertainment, dcor, awards, live and silent auctions, raffles/sweepstakes, audio-visual services, awards and award presenters and speakers

Handling all components of the event auction: solicitation, forms, follow-up, tracking, auction material preparation, set-up and close-out
Day of event: preparing event schedule, managing the audio/visual component, staffing, volunteer management, and coordinating all details of the event on-site
Post-Event: preparing and mailing tax receipts to all donors and collecting outstanding pledges
