Geri Williams launched The Love Affair in December 2009 to provide edgy, independent shoppers with unique designer products and same day delivery to Manhattans fashionable female professionals.

Coming from a long retail and sales career in New Yorks fashion industry, founder Geri Williams decided to create The Love Affair to provide customers with those unique hand-picked accessories and outstanding customer service. Williams prior position at Betsey Johnson LLC stimulated her passion to fulfill the needs of her customers and buyers. Relationships with department and specialty stores enhanced her understanding of the criteria most buyers are forced to follow for store chains and boutiques, where mass markets are favored.

The Love Affair offers customers a variety of accessories from niche contemporary brands such as Foley & Corinna, L.A.M.B., nOir, Modern Vintage and Rebecca Minkoff. Products from smaller and local designers including the headwear line I Love Factory and handbag line ko.des are also available.

Summer 2011 The Love Affair will showcase Geri's love of fashion and our furry best friends, offering our customers a unique shopping experience with designer accessories for both you and your dog. Geri's #1 employee Bud lent his doggie expertise, choosing a fabulous selection of products from Harry Barker, Fab Dog, Haute Diggity Dog, Ella Dish and many more.
